Rooted in Flavor - A Root Vegetable Cooking Class

This is the time of year to dig into our local root cellars – there’s a diverse array of root vegetables to explore, from familiar options like carrots and sweet potatoes to the more exotic varieties like the Macomber turnip and sunchokes. Each brings its unique flavor and texture to the table. Chef Pri is going demonstrate some favorite root recipes like turnip hazelnut soup, celery root & apple tablouleh and sweet potato dolma with lamb.
