Belazu
Ana went to culinary school in France with George Bennel: French native, London resident and founder of Belazu. George started his company with his mother, driving to the south of France every few weeks to pick up buckets of fresh olives which he brought back to London to sell to chefs. Now selling much more than just olives, and with a commitment to ethical, sustainable food production, Belazu donates some of the proceeds from sales of its argan oil to schools in Morocco, where the oil is sourced.

Date Lady
Date Lady Pure Date Syrup has one ingredient: organic dates. After returning to the U.S. in 2005 following a two-year sojourn in the United Arab Emirates, Ryan and Colleen Sundlie were inspired to recreate date syrup, widely used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking, here in the U.S. In addition to the luxurious syrup, Sofra also carries Date Lady’s chocolate date spread.
Four Star Farms
Four Star Farms, a 14th- generation family farm in Western Massachusetts, provides top-quality, locally- and sustainably-grown grains and freshly milled flour. When the family began farming at their current location, there were four members working the fields; today the owners are thankful that the farm has expanded and continues to grow. Four Star Farms sells heirloom grains that were cultivated by the Pilgrims and mills in small batches to ensure their flours are both flavorful and fresh.
