The new year is here, and odds are, you’ve made some big New Year’s resolutions involving food. One thing you can do is resolve to cook more at home and learn new kitchen skills with Sofra Chef Didem Hosgel! She’s got some ideas for a more delicious and nutritious 2020.
Recipes include: Winter vegetable soup; roasted cauliflower with smoky cashew sauce; Turkish style rice and fish with house-made pickles; and root veggie pancakes with hot pepper labne.
