Lettuce Turnip the Beet—How to Improvise, Prepare, Store & Preserve the Harvest

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between farmers and their customers. As a CSA member, you share both the risks and the delicious rewards of farming in New England. In return, you receive a weekly box filled with the freshest seasonal harvest.

Join Sofra’s Executive Chef, Pri Paige, as she unpacks a couple of Siena Farms’ CSA boxes and demonstrates how to improvise, prepare, store, and preserve the bounty. She’ll be joined by a member of the Siena Farms team, who will offer insights into the spring season and the care that goes into growing the vibrant vegetables for each box.

Recipes include—BBQ Bok choy and warm lentil salad, spring Fattoush salad with cucumbers, radish, beets, and lemon-pomegranate dressing, mushroom beyti with spinach, tomato, yogurt and brown butter
