This season, lean on your pantry and root cellar to enrich your cooking with bold, comforting flavors. Utilize whole grains, beans, legumes, and preserved ingredients like pomegranate molasses along with some favorite spice blends to warm up your winter.
Ana will demonstrate two of her favorite soups: chicken and yogurt soup with toasted vermicelli and spicy red lentil soup infused with Turkish spices, in addition to chicken in a clay pot with baharat spice, parsnips and leeks, and kushari—a beloved Egyptian-style rice pilaf.

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
