Karma Coffee
Karma Coffee is a small-batch roaster based in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Karma works directly with growers, ensuring their coffee is socially responsible as well as great-tasting. We start every morning at Sofra brewing a pot of their Guatemala Quistache coffee, a medium-bodied, bright coffee with a milk chocolate-y finish.
MEM Tea
Since 1999, MEM Tea Imports has specialized in sourcing, blending and distributing high-quality loose-leaf teas to the food service industry and educating customers. We’re thrilled to use MEM Tea in many of our signature beverages. Sofra also carries a variety of MEM’s loose-leaf teas on our retail shelf.
